Enquiry forms, email and chat
The website enquiry forms require a name and contact details. You cannot submit a form without both. Depending on the form, you may also provide your industry, main products, target markets, current website and project details. The form sends your submission, the source page, language, time of submission and a browser visitor ID to GlobalFlow’s TGO enquiry system at chat.globalflow.hk to record, respond to and follow up on the enquiry. If you email us or use chat, we process the contact details, messages and other content you choose to send. Chat uses automated AI diagnosis. Relevant messages are sent through EasyRouter to an external model service to analyse the conversation and generate responses. Provide only what is needed for the enquiry and avoid sharing passwords, sensitive personal data or information you are not authorised to share.
Cookies and browser storage
Google Analytics 4 uses _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions. We use it to measure page views, interactions and steps in the enquiry form. The website also loads Cloudflare’s web measurement service. The TGO form stores a visitor ID in browser local storage. Chat may use local and session storage to support language preferences and sessions. Google Analytics loads only if you allow analytics. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. You can also block cookies or clear site data in your browser. Rejecting analytics does not affect the enquiry form or chat. Restricting site storage may affect form submissions or chat continuity.
Analytics data retention
Google Analytics is configured to retain event-level data for two months and user-level data for fourteen months. New activity resets the user data retention period.
External services and links
The contact page embeds Google Maps. Your browser makes requests to Google when the map loads. Google and Cloudflare provide the analytics, mapping or web measurement services described above. If you follow an external link, such as a link to a social platform, that platform handles data under its own privacy policy.
